Step 1

This step introduces participants to Germany’s education system, workplace culture, and the structure of the German labor market, especially in technical and digital sectors. Learners begin studying German language at A1 level, focusing on everyday communication used in training centers and workplaces. The scientific and training materials follow German educational standards, using simplified technical vocabulary and introductory STEM modules such as basic computer literacy, digital tools, and problem-solving methods. During this stage, participants are also assessed through small projects and tests that contribute to their job-matching score, which determines eligibility for future training opportunities or internships.
