The final stage prepares participants for direct employment or apprenticeship placement in Germany. Language training focuses on B2 or job-specific communication, although some technical roles may require less language if work is primarily in English. Participants practice workplace simulations, interviews, project collaboration, and documentation based on German industry requirements and technical standards. The program’s scoring system evaluates technical skills, language proficiency, and project performance. Based on the final score, participants may receive job contracts, paid training programs, or relocation opportunities in Germany.
